Shipping
As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin.
This includes a period of 2 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday.
In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer, and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email.
Onai is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, bank holidays, weekends, or natural disasters.
We advise you to connect with the courier company directly with the tracking number you have received for your order.
We provide free standard shipping within India. For express delivery, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.
If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact admin@theeonai.com for assistance.
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt.
We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases.

Refund
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange of the product.
Based on the inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your product is approved, you will be offered either a store credit for 1 year or your product will be exchanged within 5 days.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange won’t be considered after this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
